Under normal circumstances, I have a small group of women I make it a point to meet up with when I am in the city.
A quick lunch, a cocktail after work…however it comes to be, these are women are my pack. My mentors, friends, and comrades in arms with whom I talk about pretty much everything…from strategic challenges to new business concepts, from vacation plans to fringe documentaries.
One of the women at the top of this list is today’s #FollowFriday feature: Andrea Cichetti Malone. Andrea is Chief Marketing officer at White and Williams LLP in Philadelphia.
In her role, Andrea is responsible for developing and executing the firm’s strategic marketing and business development plan and driving #revenue growth.
Andrea is funny, genuine, brilliant, kind, and quite frankly…just plain awesome. I have learned so much from her and grown in my own career in part because of her encouragement and #advice.
Side note: Andrea and I also share an interest in and love for shows like 20/20 and Mind Hunter.
