About Robyn Addis
Having spent her entire career working for high-powered, ‘big personality’ leaders in and around Philadelphia, Robyn honed her own personal leadership style. She models empathy and seeks diverse perspectives with the knowledge that because of the contributions of the team, the work product and outcomes are superior. Robyn is a leader who believes a cohesive, high-performing team is better than the sum of its parts.
Seeking a new challenge in late 2019, Robyn reconnected with industry colleague and friend, Jason Lisi. Robyn and Jason had worked together as 2018 and 2019 chairs of the Legal Marketing Association Philadelphia Steering Committee. Jason, Founder and CEO of Legal Internet Solutions Incorporated (LISI), a digital marketing agency that specializes in law firms and legal services providers, was looking for a way to grow his company.
Robyn jumped at the chance.
In October 2019, Robyn joined LISI as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer.
The challenge Jason laid before Robyn was lofty: 5x the company by 2025. Robyn set to work creating new services and lines of business, and cultivating the talent to support the growth required. In 2020, LISI grew by 57%. In 2021, it grew by 62%. And they keep growing.
It’s nearly impossible to get Robyn to sit still. She is always looking to grow, expand her knowledge, and improve her skills. She volunteers with several organizations, including Hopeworks in Camden NJ – an organization that partners with young men and women, ages 17 to 26, to get back in school, earn permanent jobs, and achieve their highest potential.

The #FollowFriday International Women’s Day conference is a professional women’s retreat for attendees to know they are not alone, make professional connections, and learn how to shine a light on their accomplishments.
Spurred by the impact of Robyn’s #FollowFriday LinkedIn series, this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn with and from so many incredible women and about the ways – big and small – they are impacting the world around them.
#FollowFriday is about amplifying professionals, especially women, in the hope they can recognize what makes them incredible.
Through her LinkedIn series and the success of the inaugural #FollowFriday conference, Robyn found her voice. In March 2023, Robyn produced the inaugural #FollowFriday conference, an event that drew more than 150 diverse women professionals for an unbelievably impactful day-long retreat.
In March 2024, we will gather again for International Women’s Day for a two-day conference for women at all stages of their career.
The #FollowFriday conference is about finding your opportunity to gain entry into the next phase of your professional life. Maybe that’s deeper fulfillment in your current role. It might mean branching out and making new connections. Or it might mean allowing yourself to be open to a new opportunity.
