Thanks to the generous contributions of two incredible women, the #FollowFriday conference will offer 10 scholarship spots to attendees from underrepresented communities and to rising stars who might not otherwise be able to attend. The mission of the conference is to inspire and empower women to be better leaders, mentors, colleagues, and friends. One of the best ways to create an environment in which attendees can achieve those goals is to create a space that welcomes and nurtures diverse perspectives. That mandates building a community that seeks voices from across the career ladder and with varied experiences.
We are thrilled to be able to share this benefit with the community and are beyond grateful to Lavinia Calvert and Brenda Plowman for their magnanimous contributions to make this possible.
