Today I want to introduce you to someone I feel very lucky to know professionally, and someone I’ve loved getting to know personally over the past year: Riscee Langhorne, MBA, today’s #FollowFriday.
Riscee is Assistant Director of Workforce Solutions at Hopeworks Camden, an organization that focuses on skill development, real-world job experience, and trauma-informed care, propelling young adults into long-term living wage careers that put them on the path for healing and financial stability.
In her role, she helps people like me and businesses like Legal Internet Solutions Inc. find and retain super smart, hard-working, talent.
Riscee is an energetic advocate for her team and an incredible face for the job placement program at Hopeworks. She has a way of quickly building rapport and trust, and ensuring everyone is on the same page and working towards a mutually beneficial relationship.
On a personal note, she is hysterical, crazy smart, ambitious, and fun to be around. I finally got to meet Riscee in person in March at the inaugural #FollowFriday International Women’s Day Conference and squeaked with delight as I saw her walking up to me to say “hi,” eager to give her a huge hug.
I love knowing Riscee and am so grateful to have her in my life!
