Hard to believe, but today is my 75th #FollowFriday feature!
And to mark this milestone, I’m delighted to introduce you to Donna Rustigian Mac.
Donna started her career in broadcasting and during 25+ year career, interviewed more than 100 “famous and accomplished women.” She met dozens of women who had interesting stories and shared their stories with her audience. (Sound familiar?? 😍)
“Its beneficial for younger women to not only hear success stories but to hear stories from people who have just been thru the thick of it. Communication with yourself and others is the key to life.”
She is a big advocate for reverse engineering in professional interactions:

As a woman up coming up in a profession dominated by men, Donna sought to be a pioneer. She loves paving the way for those behind her and make it even just a little bit easier for them if she can.
“Even if no one else is affected by my pioneering, future generations will be, and it enriches my life,” she said when we chatted.
In her current endeavor, Donna helps her clients develop effective communication so they can be at the cause of their lives. “Live by design as opposed to living by default.”
