It’s the first Friday of 2021, and the best way I know to kick-off a new year is to highlight another amazing female colleague – Alexis Madden, today’s #followfriday pick!
Alexis is Director of Marketing and Business Development at Conrad O’Brien, a premiere litigation firm in Philadelphia, PA. She works with the firm’s attorneys, management, and staff to identify and develop opportunities for growth and implement strategic plans to support business development efforts. Among her many duties, she also works closely with the co-chairs of Conrad O’Brien’s Women’s Initiative Committee.
Before pivoting to #legalmarketing, she was a litigation associate focusing on casualty litigation.
Alexis is the 2021 Legal Marketing Association Philadelphia Local Steering Committee Chair. (She’s got big shoes to fill, following Amy Schaffer who was the 2020 chair!) She will lead the LSC’s efforts to drive member engagement and deliver premium educational opportunities.
On a personal note, Alexis is a warm, kind person, a mother of two beautiful children, and whip-smart. I always love sitting with her at local LMA events and chatting about balancing an ambitious professional career with personal demands.
