I hate to admit it, but I know very few.
I do know one who is downright inspiring though. Meet today’s #followfriday feature: Marsha Redmon.
Marsha is CEO and Founder of LexSource, the industry’s only provider of legal directories and awards submission software. Her solution is particularly interesting to me, having spent years leading teams with responsibility for these submissions. She makes achievable what has always been an onerous task.
On top of that, Marsha is a frequent advisor to AmLaw 200 firms on communications and presentation skills. She guides lawyers and executives to communicate more effectively and to get more business through presentation and public speaking workshops, business development training, law firm video marketing coaching, media interview training and coaching, & pitch coaching.
I find myself chanting Marsha’s mantra more and more these days. “There must be a better way” has guided her to create transformative processes and solutions for law firms and motivates me to dig for new and betters ways to accomplish what I thought to be the unachievable.
I have learned so much from her and I am so thankful for her friendship!
