Haley Hansel founded Cohd after spending years in the startup space running an internal People Development Program and training/coaching employees from the executive leadership team down. Through that experience, she found her passion for giving growth-minded talent the tools to become high-impact leaders. When introduced to Haley through a mutual professional connection, Robyn was immediately impressed and excited about having Haley be a part of the faculty for the 2024 #FollowFriday conference. What inspired you to pursue your chosen career?
Everyday I get to witness leaders continuing to hone their craft and understand themselves more deeply. But what initially drew me to leadership and personal development was being introduced to these tools myself and experiencing how my world shifted as I became more skilled, self aware, and empowered.
What hobbies or interests do you enjoy outside of work/career ambitions?
I gravitate towards activities that slow me down. I always have a book on hand, love baking, and will never tire of taking a long walk while listening to a good podcast.
