Haley founded Cohd after spending years in the startup space running an internal People Development Program and training/coaching employees from the executive leadership team down. Through that experience, she found her passion for giving growth-minded talent the tools to become high-impact leaders.

Haley has spent her career creating, experimenting, refining, practicing, and internalizing the Cohd leadership development system. She has a passion for working with individuals at any level in an organization to uncover, engage and ultimately transcend the limiting assumptions and defensive routines that prevent them from developing capabilities beyond their own expectations.

Haley works closely with individuals, discreet teams, and entire organizations to develop and systematize sustainable, safe, and demanding cultures that push individuals to reach their potential and subsequently create highly effective teams and organizations.

Haley received an MBA with a focus on leadership and organizational development from Pepperdine University, and a BA in Journalism from the University of Iowa.
