Kelly Harbour

Kelly Harbour is the Chief Business Development Officer at Goulston & Storrs, where she oversees marketing, business development, client service, and practice group management. She has more than 20 years of experience in professional services with responsibilities including technology and operations. She brings this diverse experience to bear in the form of data-driven analysis, increased use of technology, and efficient processes and frameworks that create a scalable foundation for growth. Kelly is a fellow-elect of the College of Law Practice Management and serves as the Director of Member Engagement for The SALI Alliance, a nonprofit that has published an extensive standard taxonomy for the business and practice of law.
