Today’s #FollowFriday is a shameless plug for my dear friend and Godmother to my middle son, Siobhan Knox.
Siobhan is incredibly bright, kind, outgoing, hysterical, and easy going (which balances my anxiety quite nicely.)
Siobhan’s big four accounting experience and her media and entertainment finance experience make her a powerhouse in accounting and financial operations. (I can’t lie…I won’t pretend that I understand half of what she does. I just know she does it like a boss.)
But what makes Siobhan really great is her leadership. She is an inclusive leader who invests in her team. She takes the time to help them grow their skills in order to become leaders of the future.
She’s calm under pressure in all situations, and knows her stuff front, back, and sideways.
On a personal note, I met Siobhan because our husbands have been best friends since NURSERY SCHOOL. (How adorable is that, BTW?!?)
When Siobhan and Lawrence Knox moved to the west coast for an incredible opportunity for Siobhan at NBC Universal several years ago, Bill and I were devastated. So, when they decided to move back to the east coast, we were selfishly thrilled. We welcomed them home with open arms.
Now, maybe our kids (6 collectively 🤪 😳) will get to grow up together and be friends just like their dads.
