An early morning #FollowFriday post featuring a woman I’ve had the amazing fortune to work with for the past few months, my new friend from across the pond: Rhiannon Winter Van Ross.
Rhiannon is the VP of Global Memberships for ALM, and oversees the General Counsel & Private Client portfolios. She created and launched the award-winning Private Client Global Elite membership and manages the General Counsel membership network, Global Leaders in Law (GLL).
As VP of Global Memberships, Rhiannon also oversees major events for the brands, and leads the member benefits strategy.
Rhiannon is warm and engaging, and laser-focused on her work. She’s a strategist who knows what she wants to achieve and rallies resources to get it done.
Y’all know I love a woman who knows what she wants and makes it happen!! 😍
Rhiannon knows and is closely connected with some of the major players in legal and more importantly, she knows how to foster meaningful relationships among her connections.
Beyond that, she is just plain delightful. She is so friendly and fun to chat with, and immediately creates an environment where you feel comfortable and like you’re working alongside a friend.
