Attendees of the inaugural #FollowFriday conference will receive a digital business card to facilitate networking at the conference — and beyond!
The NFC-enabled card allows you to share your contact details by holding it near another device, like a smart phone. It works just like other popular contactless methods, and quickly and efficiently adds your contact details to your new contact’s device!
Getting Ready for Your New Card: Download the Mobilo app (available via the apple store / google play store)
When you check in onsite at the #FollowFriday conference, you will receive your digital business card! To connect your new card to the profile you established:
- Tap the card (or scan the QR code) and fill in the registration form that appears.
- Once that’s done, an account will be created, and you will receive an email with login credentials to access the app.
- Log into the app using the credentials you received.
- Once logged in, tap on “Profile Settings” to edit your contact information.
- Tap save!
- That’s it! The cards will start displaying the information you set up on your profile!
