The Wardrobe, formerly known as Career Wardrobe, is a nonprofit social enterprise with a goal to eliminate clothing insecurity by outfitting people for life or work. Clothing combined with personalized support helps 5,000 people a year look and feel their best to move forward in their lives.
ACCEPTABLE ITEMS:
⭐️ New or gently used
⭐️ Menswear & Womenswear: casual, professional, special attire (scrubs, uniforms), and formal
⭐️ Accessories: ties & pocket squares, hosiery & trouser socks (NEW ONLY), handbags, wallets, belts, scarves, and jewelry
⭐️ NEW Travel-sized toiletries: soap and lotion, toothbrush & toothpaste, shaving cream & razors, shampoo & condition, cosmetics & skin products
PROCEDURES:
⭐️ Wash all clothing donations according to manufacturer’s instructions, using warmest appropriate water
⭐️ Neatly package items into boxes or shopping bags that are easy to lift and carry
