Today’s #followfriday highlights my mentor and friend, Kelly Breslin Enache. Kelly is the Chief Marketing Officer at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP.
Kelly leads the most cohesive, hard-working, and innovative #legalmarketing team I know. She has the keen ability to build consensus across all levels of an organization, drive her team to achieve outstanding results, and foster an atmosphere of teamwork and learning.
I would not be the leader I am today if not for the opportunity to work with Kelly at Dechert LLP. She mentored me through my first personnel management experience, and exemplified how to get the best out of my staff by shining a light on their strengths, rather than faulting them for their mistakes. Kelly is the embodiment of #servantleadership.
Kelly is a former practicing attorney, with nearly two decades’ experience in law firm operations and leadership, with a history of success defining and aligning roles with business needs. She is also an experienced law school guest lecturer on various concepts of the business of law, including attorney marketing, business development, professional development, project management and knowledge management.
