My favorite thing about Melissa is how *REAL* she is. I love talking to her about data, innovation, adoption, and the challenges of being a senior-level woman (and mom to boot) in the legal industry.
Among the many words of wisdom Melissa has shared with me, the best piece of advice I often come back to is this: “There is no innovation without adoption.” You can innovate the best solution, but if you can’t get buy-in, you haven’t reached your goal.
She is a mentor and a friend, and I am honored to know her.
