Life works in mysterious ways sometimes. And my friendship and working relationship with today’s #FollowFriday, Bonnie Bell PHR, SHRM-CP is a testament to that.
I met Bonnie when I joined Ballard Spahr in 2013. Bonnie was a level-headed, easy to talk to friend that never assumed I knew how to navigate this new-to-me world, and offered lots of guidance and advice as I got settled.
In our time working together, we helped each other, sought one-another’s opinion and expertise, and had a few laughs along the way!
Bonnie has a no-nonsense way about her coupled with a doesn’t-hold-it-in attitude. She says what she thinks and does so because she truly wants to help. She offers connections, guidance, and thorough information to help you do your job better.
Eventually, after 25+ years in law firm administration, Bonnie was presented with the unique opportunity to put her numerous talents to work in a new role with BLBB Advisors, LLC, where she is currently the Director of Brand Management. (Which, BTW, is one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure to work with — everyone at BLBB is smart, generous with their time, and genuinely invested in your financial health.)
