Dana Careless believes that titles mean everything (especially when you’re a woman) and nothing (anyone can be a leader). Born and raised “just outside Philly”, Dana serves as Director of Operations and Strategy for the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention, the nation’s private-public partnership for advancing a national strategy to eradicate suicide.
Dana is an effective leader driven by a desire to think outside the box, improve processes, and lead with a clear vision.
When she’s not dreaming of an innovative, connected world that treats mental health and physical health equally, she is hanging out with her husband, three kids, her dog Archie and grabbing coffee with friends. And despite her last name… she cares a LOT!
